Less than half an hour after the polls closed and after more than a quarter of the results tallied, front-runner Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney was declared the winner of Tuesday’s New Hampshire primary.

Romney is the first ever Republican non-incumbent presidential candidate to win both Iowa and New Hampshire.
With the results of Tuesday’s New Hampshire primary vote yet to be made official, many in the media are already calling it a Romney win with Texas Rep. Ron Paul solidly in second place and former Utah governor Jon Huntsman in third, followed by Rick Santorm.

Already making his acceptance speech to a roaring crowd in New Hampshire, Romney turned his focus on Obama.
The other two candidates, Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry quickly travelled to South Carolina after the weekend’s New Hampshire debates and focusing on campaign efforts in the Palmetto State.
